适用范围Scope
本政策适用于高朋配送司机 APP，以及提供隐私说明、支持与账号删除服务的网页。APP 用于司机注册、资格审核、接单、取货、导航、配送确认及收款账户资料管理。我们在此说明相关个人信息的用途、权限选择、共享、保存与删除方式。This policy applies to the Gaopeng Delivery driver app and its privacy, support and account-deletion pages. The app supports driver registration, qualification review, task acceptance, pickup, navigation, delivery confirmation and payout-account details management. It explains the use, permission choices, sharing, retention and deletion of personal information involved in those services.

GPS 定位与后台配送导航GPS location and delivery navigation in the background
我们请求 GPS 精确定位，是为了给司机提供配送导航：确定当前位置、规划前往仓库或其他取货点及收货点的路线，并提供转向与语音指引，帮助司机完成配送。位置也用于下述配送进度更新、到仓和送达确认。We request precise GPS location to provide drivers with delivery navigation: identifying their current position, planning routes to warehouses or other pickup points and drop-off points, and providing turn-by-turn and voice guidance to complete deliveries. Location also supports the delivery progress updates and arrival confirmations described below.
在开始相关定位采集前，APP 会向您显示用途说明并请求您的同意，然后按需申请系统定位权限。已有系统授权不替代 APP 内的用途告知。Before the relevant location collection begins, the app presents a disclosure and asks for your consent, followed by the operating system permission when needed. An existing system permission does not replace the in-app disclosure.
当您上线或有当前配送批次且 APP 位于前台时，APP 使用位置更新配送进度。相关坐标会发送至高朋配送服务端，供获授权的配送调度与履约功能使用。When you are online or have a current delivery batch and the app is in the foreground, the app uses location to update delivery progress. Relevant coordinates are sent to the Gaopeng Delivery service for authorized dispatch and fulfillment functions.
后台导航的用途，是让司机在已开启的配送导航过程中，切换到其他应用或锁屏后仍能获得连续的路线与语音指引。仅在您主动启动导航、同意定位用途并授予所需系统权限后，Google 地图导航服务才会在系统允许时继续使用位置；实际可用性受系统权限、定位信号和设备运行状态影响。Navigation in the background lets drivers continue receiving route and voice guidance during an active delivery navigation session after switching to another app or locking the screen. Only after you actively start navigation, consent to location use and grant the required system permissions may Google Maps navigation continue using location where the operating system permits. Availability depends on system permissions, location signal and device operating conditions.
结束导航或相关导航任务终止后，该导航会话的位置使用随之停止。如果此时您仍在线或有当前配送批次，且 APP 位于前台，前述配送位置上报仍可能继续。后台导航用于持续提供司机配送指引，不用于广告或跨应用广告跟踪。Location use for that navigation session stops when you end navigation or the navigation task terminates. If you remain online or have a current delivery batch and the app is in the foreground, the delivery position reporting described above may still continue. Navigation in the background supports continuous delivery guidance for drivers; it is not used for advertising or cross-app advertising tracking.
您可在 APP 设置撤回定位用途同意，也可在系统设置撤回定位权限。撤回后将停止相关位置采集和导航，依赖定位的上报、到达确认或导航功能可能无法使用；与定位无关的功能仍可使用。请在停车安全时调整设置。You can withdraw location consent in the app settings or revoke permission in system settings. Relevant location collection and navigation will stop, and location-dependent reporting, arrival confirmation or navigation may become unavailable; unrelated functions remain available. Change settings only when safely parked.

保存、删除和安全Retention, deletion and security
账号资料用于账号存续及资格审核，配送记录用于完成服务及处理相关争议。我们根据提供服务、处理争议、安全防护及适用法律义务的必要性确定保存范围和期限。停止使用、退出登录、卸载 APP 或停用账号不等同于删除个人资料。Account information supports the account and qualification review; delivery records support fulfillment and related disputes. Retention scope and duration are determined by what is necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, protect security and meet applicable legal obligations. Stopping use, signing out, uninstalling the app or disabling an account does not delete personal data.
删除前须核验身份、完成所有已接收的任务，将收益余额结清至 0，并处理收益待核对事项。账号注销后不可恢复，全部账号权益失效；相同手机号重新注册不会恢复原账号或权益。页面会显示资料清理进度，相关清理任务完成后才会显示完成。Before deletion, verify your identity, complete all accepted tasks, settle your earnings balance to zero and resolve earnings items awaiting review. Account closure is irreversible and ends all account privileges; registering again with the same phone number does not restore them. The page shows data-erasure progress and only reports completion after the relevant work is finished.
收益核算记录与当前银行资料分别保存。注销不会删除用于核对收益的必要订单、计算结果及账号标识；这些记录限制访问，不会转入相同手机号新注册的账号。Earnings records are stored separately from current bank details. Account closure does not delete the order references, calculation results and account identifiers necessary to reconcile earnings. Access to these records is restricted, and they are not transferred to a new account registered with the same phone number.
删除申请会清理系统内无需保留的账号与会话、联系方式、司机资格资料、收款账户资料及相关保存记录、位置记录、设备与推送关联，以及上传文件与该账号的资料关联。如部分记录因履约争议、安全或适用法律仍需保留，其用途与访问将受到限制。您可以通过隐私联系渠道了解具体保留类别、理由及适用期限或确定期限的方法。Deletion requests clear account and session data, contact details, qualification information, payout-account details and their associated save records, location records, device and push associations that need not be retained within the system, as well as the account's links to uploaded documents. Records still needed for fulfillment disputes, security or applicable law will have restricted use and access. Contact privacy support for the retained categories, reasons and applicable periods or criteria used to determine them.
此前上传的照片和文件（包括资格资料与配送凭证）会继续保留，不会随账号注销删除或自动清理。该账号内的资料关联与访问入口会被移除。删除回执的完成状态不表示这些文件已被删除。可恢复副本和备份的处理仍按相应保留规则核验，您可以联系隐私支持查询。Previously uploaded photographs and files, including qualification documents and delivery evidence, remain stored and are not deleted or automatically cleaned up when the account is closed. Their links and access entries within that account are removed. A completed deletion receipt does not mean these files have been erased. Recoverable copies and backups remain subject to review under the applicable retention rules; contact privacy support for details.
收款账户资料在服务端加密保存，仅供本人管理及履行必要职责的获授权服务访问。日常查看仅显示银行名称及脱敏资料，不返回完整银行账号。更换成功后，新资料替换当前账户资料；当前系统不保留旧账户的可读取副本。可恢复副本和备份仍按前述保留规则处理。Payout-account details are encrypted on the server, with access limited to your own account management and authorized services performing necessary duties. Routine viewing shows the bank name and masked details, without returning the full bank account number. A successful replacement overwrites the current account details; the current system does not keep a readable copy of the previous account. Recoverable copies and backups remain subject to the retention rules above.
服务通过 HTTPS 传输相关请求，并以账号授权和访问控制限制资料访问。请勿通过普通客服消息发送密码、验证码、完整银行账号或完整证件照片。Relevant service requests use HTTPS, and account authorization and access controls restrict access. Do not send passwords, verification codes, full bank account numbers or full identity-document photographs in ordinary support messages.
您的选择和账号删除Your choices and account deletion
您可以在 APP 中查看并更正可编辑资料、在“我的→收款账户”登记或更换收款账户、调整定位同意及系统权限，或发起删除账号申请。保存收款账户资料时需要核验当前账号密码。无需说明删除理由；为防止他人删除账号，申请前会核验您的身份。You can view and correct editable details, register or replace a payout account under My profile → Payout account, manage location consent and system permissions, or request account deletion in the app. Saving payout-account details requires verification of your current account password. No written reason is required for deletion; identity is verified to prevent someone else from deleting your account.
即使已卸载 APP，也可通过本网站的账号删除页面登录并发起申请。删除回执仅可查询该申请状态，不能登录账号或访问个人资料；网页可在本机保存回执，您可随时清除。账号登录失效后仍可凭回执查看处理结果。联系页面提供隐私问题与资料更正的联系渠道。Even after uninstalling the app, you can sign in on this website's account-deletion page to submit a request. A deletion receipt only checks that request's status and cannot sign in or access personal data. The website may save the receipt on this device; you can remove it at any time. The receipt remains usable after account sign-in stops working. The contact page provides channels for privacy questions and corrections.
网页与本机存储Website and local storage
隐私政策、联系信息及使用条款可直接阅读，无需登录或授予位置权限。网页账号删除服务在核验身份时使用您的手机号和密码，登录凭证仅保存在当前页面内存中，不将密码或登录凭证写入浏览器本地存储。The privacy policy, contact details and terms can be read without signing in or granting location permission. The account-deletion page uses your phone number and password to verify your identity. Sign-in credentials remain only in the current page's memory; the page does not write your password or sign-in credentials to browser local storage.
网页会在本机保存仅用于查询删除状态的回执。您可在页面清除该记录，或通过浏览器设置清除本地存储。清除前请妥善保存查询码，以便在账号登录失效后继续查看处理状态；请勿将查询码提供给无关人员。The page saves a receipt on this device solely to check deletion status. You can remove it on the page or clear local storage through browser settings. Keep your status code securely before clearing it so you can continue checking progress after account sign-in stops working. Do not share the code with unrelated parties.
服务所在地与跨境处理Service locations and international processing
提供云存储、地图导航、通知及支持的服务商可能在加拿大、美国或其他国家处理必要信息。因此，数据可能在您所在地区以外处理，并受到当地适用法律约束。我们按照相应用途限制提供的信息，并采用适用的访问控制及安全措施。Providers of cloud storage, maps and navigation, notifications and support may process necessary information in Canada, the United States or other countries. Data may therefore be processed outside your region and be subject to the applicable local laws. We limit the information provided to the relevant purposes and apply appropriate access controls and security measures.
服务对象与未成年人Intended users and children
高朋配送面向符合配送资格要求的司机，不是面向儿童的服务。如您认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，请通过隐私联系渠道告知，我们会核实并处理。Gaopeng Delivery is intended for drivers who meet delivery eligibility requirements, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact privacy support so we can investigate and address it.
政策更新Policy updates
本政策的版本和更新日期显示在页面顶部。涉及新增敏感信息用途的变更，将在开始相应处理前提供更新说明，并在需要时重新征求同意。The policy version and update date appear at the top. Changes introducing new uses of sensitive information will be disclosed before that processing begins, with renewed consent where needed.
